MYSTEEL: Shanxi coking coal restarts stall as mines reach full-year output quotas

Restarts at idled coking coal mines in North China's Shanxi province are being held up, as several mines must stay shut due to some either meeting their production quotas already or nearing their ceilings, according to Mysteel's latest survey.
