DAILY: China rebar prices stay range-bound, sales seesaw

China's rebar prices in both spot and futures markets continued to fluctuate within a narrow range on September 28, while spot trading of construction steel products increased as end-users accelerated pre-holiday restocking ahead of the National Day holiday, which starts on October 1.
