In Week 40 of 2026, soybean inventories at major oil mills nationwide declined, soybean meal inventories rose, and unexecuted contracts increased.Among these: Soybean inventories stood at 8.2176 million tonnes, down 436,700 tonnes from the previous week, a decrease of 5.05%, and up 1.0185 million tonnes year-on-year, an increase of 14.15%. Soybean meal inventories stood at 1.2964 million tonnes, up 4,700 tonnes from the previous week, an increase of 0.36%, and up 111,900 tonnes year-on-year, an increase of 9.41%. Unexecuted contracts stood at 5.0052 million tonnes, up 1.359 million tonnes from the previous week, an increase of 37.27%, and down 827,800 tonnes year-on-year, a decrease of 14.19%.
