WEEKLY: China's ferrous scrap prices nudge lower

China's steel scrap prices continued their minor downward adjustment during the past week, in tandem with a small decline in rebar prices, Mysteel's latest survey showed.

On October 23, Mysteel assessed China's composite steel scrap price at Yuan 2,441.5/tonne ($366/t) including the 13% VAT, down by a marginal Yuan 2.9/t on week.
