SHFE rebar futures prices soften, but HRC prices firm

During the November 30-December 4 week, prices of steel futures in China were mixed, with that of rebar softening while that of hot-rolled coil (HRC) trended higher, Mysteel Global noted. The former was more affected by seasonal factors, market watchers suggested.
