Tangshan mills shrug off truck transport ban at ports

The local government of North China’s steelmaking heartland of Tangshan city is halting the use of trucks to transport heavy goods including iron ore into and out of local ports in response to the local government’s call for reducing emissions when the city is experiencing heavy atmospheric pollution.
