Japan's Kobe Steel on March 6 candidly addressed its failings in management and corporate governance and sacrificed two top executives in a clear attempt to put its data falsification scandal to rest and begin trying to rebuild its reputation and public trust.

Chinese special steel may see stronger demand in 2018
