WEEKLY: Chinese mills' steel stocks climb further

Total inventories of the five major carbon steel items held by the 184 Chinese steel mills under Mysteel's regular survey continued to move higher over November 30-December 6, with the total volume rising for the second week by another 0.4% on week to top 4.23 million tonnes.

The five major steel products comprise rebar, wire rod, hot-rolled coil, cold-rolled coil and medium plate.
