WEEKLY: Tangshan billet prices fluctuate

Billet prices in Tangshan in North China's Hebei province rose initially before subsequently moving down during August 19-25, as market sentiment was buoyed by the strengthening of rebar futures prices during the early part of the week, while spot billet trading slowed afterward in tandem with the further build-up in retail stocks of the semis, according to Mysteel's weekly survey.
