DAILY: Chinese portside thermal coal market shows mixed trends

China's portside thermal coal market saw mixed trends on March 26, with prices for mid- and low-calorific-value (CV) grades holding steady while high-CV cargoes losing steam, sources said.

On Wednesday, Mysteel assessed 5,500 kcal/kg NAR thermal coal at Yuan 675/tonne ($93/t), FOB northern transfer ports with VAT, down Yuan 5/t from the previous day.
