WEEKLY: Run rates at China's coal wash plants slip

Run rates observed by the 110 Chinese independent and affiliated coking coal wash plants under Mysteel's regular tracking fell for the second straight week during January 17-23 to average 68.61%, 2.45 percentage points lower on week, according to Mysteel's latest survey.
