Golden Dragon Precise Copper Tube Group Inc, a privately-owned precision copper tube producer in Central China's Henan province, has finally found a new investor - the Wanzhou government in Southwest China's Chongqing Municipality, thus ending its years of suffering from capital shortage, according to a company post on December 28.
