China's Shagang reduces long steel prices for mid-July

Shagang Group, China's largest privately-owned steelmaker headquartered in Zhangjiagang city in East China's Jiangsu province, has decided to lower its rebar list price by Yuan 150/t ($22.5/t) for sales during July 11-20, industry sources who have received Shagang's new price list said. The company had raised prices three times in June and rolled them over during July 1-10, Mysteel notes.
