Japan asks WTO to call panel in China stainless AD case

Japan has requested that the World Trade Organization (WTO) establish a panel to rule on China’s imposition of anti-dumping (AD) duties on Japan-origin stainless steel products, an official from Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) said on Monday.
