Nippon Steel adds over $370/t to Aug tinplate prices

Nippon Steel, Japan's largest integrated mill has decided to add over Yen 50,000/tonne ($373/t) for its domestic tinplate sales from August deliveries to transfer the rise in production costs such as raw materials, auxiliary materials, energy and others, according to a company official.
