The environmental impact report of the new recycling project with annual output of 230,000 tonnes recycled copper and rare and precious metals of Jiangxi Keli Copper Co., Ltd. was approved and is now in the publicity stage.
This project is located in Guixi Economic Development Zone, Jiangxi province, which is a new project. The project takes outsourcing low-grade copper scrap and self-produced smelting slag (dust) as raw materials, and uses oxygen enriched air smelting furnace to produce black copper; Uses MAERZ refining furnace to produce blister copper by purchasing high-grade copper scrap and self-produced smelting slag (dust) as raw materials; With its self-produced black copper and blister copper as the main raw materials, uses electrolytic, liquid purification and other processes to produce refined copper; With part of the high-tin slag produced by oxygen enriched air smelting furnace as raw material, the smoke furnace volatilization is used to produce tin-rich smoke (hazardous waste), and the by-product is matte; Using anode mud as raw material, the hydrometallurgy process is used to produce gold ingot, silver ingot and palladium sponge.
After reaching the scheduled output, the project can produce 230,000 tonnes of refined copper, 1.26 tonnes of gold ingot, 39.69 tonnes of silver ingot, 0.09 tonnes of palladium sponge and 378.42 tonnes of matte annually.
