India's met coke production rises 8% m-o-m in May

India's met coke production increased by 8% m-o-m to 4.16 million tonnes (mnt) in May 2023 as against 3.91 mnt in April, according to data maintained with CoalMint. Out of the total production, merchant met coke output was 0.25 mnt, up 19% m-o-m, while captive production amounted to 3.91 mnt, up 7% m-o-m.
