CONF: China mill costs for construction longs to stay low

The production costs that Chinese steelmakers will incur making construction steel items during the rest of this year will likely stay low, Mysteel's senior analyst Wan Chao told delegates attending the 2023 Steel China Conference in Shanghai on June 30.
