On August 2, Yahua Group released an evening announcement that Ya'an Lithium, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a battery-grade lithium hydroxide purchase agreement with CATL, which agreed that CATL would purchase 41,000 tonnes of battery-grade lithium hydroxide products from Ya'an Lithium from August 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025. It is reported that the cooperation between Yahua Group and CATL began in March 2023. Up to now, the amount of the transactions between Yahua Group and CATL is about Yuan 300 million.
