Ganfeng Lithium announced on November 27 that it established a wholly owned subsidiary Jiangxi Ganfeng Resource Recycling Co., Ltd. for Yuan 2 million. The company is located in Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province, and its business scope includes the recycling and dismantling of scrapped electric vehicles, the recycling and repurposing of retired power batteries, the recycling of production waste metals, the manufacturing of graphite and carbon products, and the research and development of electronic special materials.
