It is learned by OilChem that China issued the first batch of 2024 refined oil export quotas at 19 million tonnes, an increase of 58% from the last batch and 0.05% from a year ago.
Among them, the refined oil export quotas allocated to CNPC were 5.78 million tonnes, Sinopec 7.44 million tonnes, CNOOC 1.7 million tonnes, Sinochem 2.06 million tonnes, Zhejiang Petrochemical 1.73 million tonnes, NORINCO GROUP 0.23 million tonnes, and CNAF 0.06 million tonnes.
