FLASH: Shandong independent refinery crude oil storage rate flat on week

Shandong independent refineries' crude oil storage capacity utilization rate averaged 43.9% as of January 10, down 0.05 percentage point from last session, according to OilChem.

Note: The statistics cover major 25 independent refineries in Shandong Province, involving 72% of the total capacity in Shandong.
