Shanghai-listed Zhengzhou Coal to take two mines in 2-3 years

Zhengzhou Coal Industry & Electric Power Co., Ltd. (Zhengzhou Coal), a Shanghai Stock Exchange-listed company and a subsidiary of the state-owned Zhengzhou Coal Industry Group in central China, is looking to incorporate assets of two coal mines from the parent company in the coming two or three years so as to avoid horizontal competition, said Yu Zeyang, president of the coal mining group, at the shareholder meeting on May 23.
