UPDATE: Vietnam launches AD investigation on HRC from China, India

Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) has decided to officially conduct an anti-dumping (AD) investigation into imports of certain hot-rolled coils (HRC) originating from China and India, according to the latest MOIT release on July 29.
