Vietnam extends AD duties on Chinese aluminum extrusion

Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) is extending the anti-dumping (AD) duties on aluminum extrusion products imported from China for an additional five years to October 2029, the ministry announced on September 23, with the applied tariff rate remaining in the range of 2.85% to 35.58%.

This AD penalties on Chinese aluminum extrusion imports were first introduced in 2019, with the targeted products coming under HS codes 7604.10.10, 7604.10.90, 7604.21.90, 7604.29.10 and 7604.29.90, according to the MOIT release.
