Indonesia's thermal coal reference prices mixed for October

Indonesia's Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) has renewed the country's thermal coal reference prices, known as Harga Batubara Acuan or HBA for October, lifting the reference price for high calorific value (CV) grade coals further while reducing those for lower CV coals again, according to a post on the ministry's website on Friday.
