NBS: Inner Mongolia overtakes Shanxi as China's top coal producer in November

Northern China's Inner Mongolia replaced neighboring Shanxi province as the largest coal producing hub in China last month, but the competition for top ranking continues alongside the change in market dynamics and governmental policies.
