On the morning of January 5th, the pile foundation project of the second phase (60B) of the EVE Energy super factory located in Jingmen High tech Zone, Hubei Province was officially launched. This is another major move by EVE Energy's Jingmen battery production base, following the launch of the first phase (60A) of the EVE Super Factory project on December 10, 2024.
According to the related information, the above-mentioned super factory is the tenth plant invested by EVE Energy in Jingmen City, and is currently the largest single energy storage factory in the industry. It mainly produces MB56 large iron lithium energy storage batteries, with a total investment of Yuan 10.8 billion and a designed total production capacity of 60 GWh, to be built in two phases.
Among them, the design production capacity of 17 GWh for the first phase (60A) project that was previously put into operation, the design production capacity for the second phase (60B) is highly likely to be 43G Wh.
The message shows that, The product mass-produced by the 60B factory will be the new generation energy storage battery MB56 from EVE Energy, which is applied in multiple scenarios such as power storage, outdoor energy storage, and so on.
