On January 7th, Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dezhou Tinci, has signed a "OEM Agreement" with Duksan Electera. The agreement stipulates that Duksan Electera will process and produce lithium-ion battery electrolyte products for Dezhou Tinci.
During the agreement period, Dezhou Tianci will commission Duksan Electera to process and produce lithium-ion battery electrolyte products at the agreed processing unit price. The total amount of commissioned processing is expected to be no less than 10,000 tonnes from 2025 to 2027.
The signing of this agreement is conducive to the rapid large-scale production of the company's lithium-ion battery electrolyte products in North America, achieving "nearby supply" to key customers, optimizing transportation costs, and providing high-quality services to customers; Simultaneously seizing opportunities for the company to enter and further expand into the North American market is an important measure for the company to improve its global industrial layout.
