On February 22nd, Lopal Tech announced that in order to actively expand overseas markets, enhance the company's market competitiveness and overseas influence in the field of lithium battery materials, the company's third level holding subsidiary PT LBM ENERGI BARU INDONESIA plans to introduce LG ENERGY SOLUTION, LTD. as a strategic investor through capital increase and share expansion. After the transaction is completed, LG ENERGY SOLUTION will acquire 20% equity of PT LBM ENERGI BARU INDONESIA.
