On March 18, 2025, Beijing Dinuosi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Dinuosi") officially completed the acquisition of Hainan Xinyu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hainan Xinyu").
Beijing Dinuosi is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to power battery recycling and regeneration, electric vehicle battery swapping, emerging energy technology research and development, and energy storage power station solutions. Beijing Dinuosi has invested in and established Shanxi Dinuosi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanxi Dinuosi") and Beijing Huanxin Zhidong Technology Co., Ltd.
Hainan Xinyu, founded in June 2020, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the economic and large-scale recycling of waste resources such as used batteries and electronic waste. It is also the only company of its kind in Hainan Province that is included in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's white list. Based in Hainan Province, the company leverages unique wind and solar energy resource advantages and a strategic geographical location, enabling it to effectively serve domestic and international markets in South China, East China, and Southeast Asia. It holds broad market prospects in emerging energy storage, battery swapping, and comprehensive battery recycling and utilization.
It is believed that the acquisition activities will be more active in the battery recycling industry on the backdrop of overcapacity and low lithium prices.
