US reciprocal tariffs: limited impacts on China butadiene market

Butadiene Capacity Import/Export Tariff
Starting April 10, 2025, China will impose an additional 34% tariff on imports originating from the U.S. in response to the so-called "reciprocal tariffs". As per the butadiene market, the actual impacts will likely be minimal due to China's diversified import sources, expanding domestic capacity and resilient global trade
