On April 10, it's reported that Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL), Ant Group, and Hello Inc. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly advance innovation in green and intelligent mobility.
The signing ceremony was attended by senior executives from all three companies, including Chairman Eric Jing and CEO Han Xinyi of Ant Group, Co-founder & CEO Yang Lei and CFO Chen Xiaodong of Hello Inc and Chairman & CEO Robin Zeng and Chief Investment Officer Wang Hongbo of CATL.
It is reported that the three parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in four directions, Green & Intelligent Mobility, Digital Technology, Sustainable Operations, and Green Investment, based on core advantages such as digital technology, new energy solutions, and shared mobility ecosystemsy.
As the focus of this strategic cooperation, the three parties will engage in deep cooperation in the field of green and intelligent mobility, including intelligent driving, construction of a comprehensive service platform for new energy transportation, and a new energy battery aftermarket service system. In addition, the three parties will jointly promote the application development and commercialization of key areas, including the establishment of joint ventures.
