PE Import/Export Industry Tariff
China's polyethylene (PE for short) industry faces imminent production challenges following a dramatic tariff increase on imported American ethane resources. Effective April 12, American ethane import tariffs surged from 1% to 126% under new trade measures announced by the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China.
