On April 17, Changsha Customs released the data showing that in the first quarter of this year, Hunan's total import and export value reached Yuan 123.65 billion, including Yuan 75.99 billion in exports and Yuan 47.66 billion in imports.
Meanwhile, exports of the three new energy products surged by 79.1% year-on-year (YoY).

Lithium-ion battery exports saw explosive growth, reaching Yuan 1.4 billion, up 179.1% YoY;

Electric vehicle exports totaled Yuan 1.27 billion, an increase of 35.4% YoY;

Solar photovoltaic product exports amounted to Yuan 160 million, rising 12.9% YoY.
