Russia expands export opportunities for scrap metal

Ferrous Global Import/Export Price
The Russian government has increased the quota for exports of scrap and waste ferrous metals outside the EAEU from 1.5 to 1.8 million tonnes.
The corresponding resolution will be in effect until the end of 2025. Russia's Ministry of Industry and Trade will distribute an additional 300,000 tonnes of the quota among participants in foreign trade activities.   As explained in the Cabinet of Ministers, this decision will allow enterprises to sell surplus raw materials
