UPDATE: Vietnam finalizes AD duties on coated steel from China, S. Korea

Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) has imposed final anti-dumping (AD) duties on certain coated steel imported from China and South Korea, according to a MOIT release. The case took effect from August 14, the date of issuance, and will remain in effect for five years.

The final duties are applied at 0 and 37.13% on imports from China and at 0%, 12% and 15.67% for South Korean imports. Most Chinese steelmakers including Baoshan Iron & Steel Co and Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron & Steel Co are subject to the highest AD duty of 37.13%, Mysteel Global
