Mexico's planned 50% tariff to further curb China's vehicle, tire exports

As media reports indicated that Mexico plans to raise import tariffs of 10%-50% on about 1,371 items recently from countries without free trade agreements, including China. The tariffs are expected to be implemented before December 31, 2026 and may be further extended.   According to the new tariff reform proposal announced
