ChinaIOL: China's white goods output to total 29 mln units in October

China's scheduled production of the three most popular home appliances – air-conditioners, refrigerators and washing machines – is projected to reach 29.24 million units in October, according to a latest survey released by ChinaIOL.com, a leading domestic information provider serving the home appliance and refrigeration industries.

If realised, the total production next month would represent a 9.9% slump compared with actual production in October last year, and making for a worse result than the 7.2% on-year decline seen in the September statistics, as reported.
