South Africa's Implats has reported nickel production of 4,531 tonnes (in briquette form) for the third quarter of 2025. The nickel was produced as a by-product of 6E platinum group metals (PGMs) refining. The production increased by 19.43% compared to the previous quarter and was 15.35% higher than the same period last year.
