Thailand finalizes 5-year AD duties on Chinese H-beams

Thailand has finalized the imposition of anti-dumping (AD) duties on hot-rolled H-beams imported from China for a period of five years, effective November 11, according to a final ruling announced by the country's Subcommittee on Anti-Dumping and Subsidy Duties.

Under the ruling, Hebei Jinxi Iron and Steel Group faces a duty of 54.19%, while Ma'anshan Iron and Steel Co. is subject to 30.86%. Other Chinese exporters will be charged the same rate as Hebei Jinxi, at 54.19%, Mysteel Global noted. The targeted products fall under HS codes 7216.33.11.000,
