Indonesian thermal coal HBA indices mostly rise for H2 Nov

Indonesia's Harga Batubara Acuan (HBA) thermal coal reference prices and their derivatives, issued by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), showed mixed movements for the second half of November. Prices for high-calorific value (CV) coal were trimmed slightly, while those for mid-, low- and ultra-low-CV grades saw modest increases.
