On November 23, Shanghai Nenghui Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, as the contracting entity, signed the New Energy Power Battery Assembly Contract with Company X. The estimated total contract value is Yuan 100 million (including tax). The contract covers power battery system assemblies, including upper frame assembly boxes, power batteries, cooling systems, and control systems. The delivery and payment schedules for each batch will be determined by both parties through supplementary agreements. Contract amount adjustments will be based on future market price fluctuations of battery cells.
