South Korea officially imposes ADs on Chinese heavy plates

South Korea's Ministry of Economy and Finance (MOEF) has officially imposed anti-dumping (AD) duties on hot-rolled heavy plates originating from China for five years, according to the latest ordinance issued by the MOEF on November 24, effective from the date of publication.
The goods subject to the ADs are China-origin hot-rolled plates of carbon steel and other alloy steel with a thickness 4.75 mm or more and a width 600 mm or more, not in coil form, not cold-rolled.   These products are classified under tariff codes 7208.51.1000, 7208.51.9000, 7208.52.1000, 7208.52.9000, 7225.40.9010, 7225.40.9091,
