Hainan Mining announced that the first batch of lithium concentrate from the Bougouni project in Mali was successfully loaded and officially set sail from the Port of San Pedro in Côte d'Ivoire on November 30, local time. This shipment comprises a total of 28,950 tonnes of lithium concentrate and is expected to arrive at Yangpu Port in Hainan in early to mid-January 2026, providing core raw materials for Hainan Mining's lithium salt processing project.
To date, the heavy medium separation plant of the Bougouni Phase I project has produced over 45,000 tonnes of lithium concentrate, with an average lithium oxide grade of 5.39%. Upon arrival at Yangpu Port in Hainan, this batch of lithium concentrate will ensure a stable supply of raw materials for the continuous production of Xingzhihai, marking the official establishment of Hainan Mining's integrated new energy industry chain.
