On December 5, staff from Wanzai Era New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. stated that the ignition and production resumption ceremony, originally scheduled for December 5, has not yet taken place.
Wanzai Era New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of CATL, primarily engaged in the production and sales of lithium carbonate. Its raw materials mainly come from Yichun Era New Energy Mining Co., Ltd. According to the aforementioned staff, since Wanzai has not commenced ignition, the Jianxiawo lithium mine has also not resumed operations.
