On December 25, 2025, CNGR and Sunwoda Mobility Energy Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement for Solid-State Batteries. CNGR will leverage its full industrial chain layout and technological expertise in the new energy materials sector, combining it with Sunwoda's core capabilities in battery R&D and manufacturing. Together, they will collaborate on developing new energy materials for solid-state battery applications and promote their industrialization and commercialization.
