Recently, the People's Government of Yushui District, Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province issued an approval for the environmental impact assessment report of the second-phase project of Xinyu Ganfeng Lithium Battery Co., Ltd.'s annual production of 200 million lithium-ion batteries, agreeing in principle to the commencement of construction for this project.
The second-phase project of the annual production of 200 million lithium-ion batteries is an expansion initiative. The total investment for the project is Yuan 316 million, with no additional land acquisition required. The construction area is 20,000 square meters. The project primarily utilizes raw materials such as cathode materials (lithium cobalt oxide/nickel-manganese-cobalt lithium), graphite, NMP, and electrolyte to produce lithium-ion batteries. The scale of this expansion involves an annual production capacity of 200 million lithium-ion batteries. Upon completion, the total production capacity will reach 450 million lithium-ion batteries per year.
