Abolition of export rebates expected to promote PVC industry upgrading

The current 13% value-added tax export rebate for PVC products will be cancelled starting from April 1, 2026, according to the Announcement No. 2 of 2026 issued by the Ministry of Finance and the State Taxation Administration on January 9, and this will promote structural adjustment of PVC industry.
