On January 10, CATL officially opened the "NING Service" experience center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, its first new energy aftermarket facility in the Middle East and the largest of its kind overseas.
This comprehensive service complex, spanning over 7,000 square meters, integrates functions such as product display, diagnostic maintenance, refurbishment, and training. It will provide full lifecycle services including battery diagnostics, repair, maintenance, rework, training, and recycling, covering seven major product categories such as passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and energy storage systems. The facility is set to become a key service hub for the new energy market in the Middle East.
During the opening ceremony, CATL signed an international service agency agreement for NING Service with the local Saudi company Fast For Service (F4S). Leveraging their respective resources and strengths, both parties will jointly operate the Saudi experience center.
